Phil LeMaitre
BIOGRAPHY
Phil LeMaitre (1967- ) lists Midwest, Wyoming, as his hometown, although he also lived in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Crook, Colorado.
Following his graduation from Midwest High School, the prospects of college were unaffordable to him. So instead, he joined the United States Air Force to pay into the G.I. Bill program and use it to go to college following his initial four-year commitment. But, as fate would have it, he fell in love with his career and would retire after 29 years of active-duty service at the highest enlisted rank of Chief Master Sergeant. His duty assignments stationed him in Texas, Illinois, Wyoming, Florida (twice), Colorado, culminating in Montana. While in the Air Force, he earned an A.A.S. degree in Electrical Mechanical Technology and a B.A. in Social Science. Following retirement, he finally used his G.I. Bill to earn an M.A. in Human Services Counseling and another M.A. in Pastoral Counseling.
Away from writing, Phil serves his community as a Christian Life Coach. He lives in Florida with his wife and their three youngest children.
